Our Partnership with World of Words (WoW) Gstaad: Capturing the Winter Edition 2025
On the 25th of January 2025, we had the incredible opportunity to once again collaborate with World of Words (WoW) Gstaad, this time for their one-day Winter Edition event. As always, it was an absolute honor to record and photograph such a prestigious literary gathering, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the iconic Alpina Hotel in Gstaad.
Highlights of the Winter Edition Event
This year’s Winter Edition brought together some of the most renowned names in the literary world for insightful discussions and unforgettable moments:
Andrew O'Hagan, acclaimed author of Caledonian Road, engaged in a captivating conversation with Will Smith, Emmy-winning screenwriter of the hit show Slow Horses. Their discussion delved into the importance of fiction and how immersing oneself in the real world is essential to mindfull and authentically reflecting reality within fictional narratives.
Angie Kim, celebrated author of Happiness Falls, shared her inspirations and career journey during a thought-provoking discussion with Thomas D. Gommes, Founder and Literary Director of WoW Gstaad. Their dialogue offered deep insights into the creative process and the personal experiences that shape a writer’s path.
A Continued Collaboration
This is not our first time working with WoW Gstaad. We had the privilege of joining their Summer Edition last year, a remarkable two-day event that also featured world-renowned authors and engaging literary discussions. Capturing the essence of these events, from the inspiring talks to the vibrant atmosphere, has been an absolute joy for our team.
